Rangpur reports eight dengue-related deaths this year

Rangpur division’s reported dengue-related death toll reached eight, according to a BSS report published by Daily Sun on 3 October 2026.

The report puts admissions from 1 January to 2 October at 2,522, with 2,288 patients discharged and 226 receiving treatment. These regional figures cover the period stated in that report and should not be added to the national daily bulletin as a separate total.
