Biman Bangladesh Airlines will keep its Riyadh and Dammam services suspended through 4 November, extending the disruption to two major routes used by Bangladeshi workers and families in Saudi Arabia.

The airline announced the extension on 25 October amid continuing insecurity in the region. Dammam flights had previously been suspended until 25 October, while the Riyadh suspension was due to run until 31 October.

Other Saudi services remain in operation. Biman said its two daily Jeddah flights, introduced on 16 October, would continue through 4 November. Regular Medina services using Boeing 787 aircraft are also continuing.

The announcement applies to Biman’s two suspended routes; it does not mean all flights between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia have stopped. Further schedule changes will depend on the security situation and subsequent airline announcements.
