Colleges must finalise Class XI enrolment by 15 October
Colleges must complete online enrolment for confirmed Class XI students by 5pm on 15 October. They must verify selected students’ documents, including relevant quota evidence, before recording admission. The instruction concerns institutional completion of existing selections, rather than a fresh application round.

Colleges have been instructed to complete online admission for students with confirmed Class XI places by 5pm on 15 October for the 2026–27 academic year.
The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee’s directive requires institutions to enter the admission portal using their Educational Institution Identification Number and password, check selected students’ documents and record their admission.
Colleges must verify evidence supporting relevant quota claims before finalising eligible students’ places. The required documents include those associated with the FQ, EQ-1, EQ-2 and SQ categories.
The central notice was signed on 12 October by committee president and Dhaka education board chairman Professor Syed Anwaruzzaman. A corresponding Chattogram education board notice dated 13 October repeats the completion deadline.
This is an instruction to colleges about students already selected and confirmed through the online process. It does not announce a new application window or remove the need for institutional document checks.
The committee warned that the board would not accept responsibility for complications caused by colleges failing to complete admission within the stipulated period.
